A snake punches a hole through a clog. Hydro-jetting uses high-pressure water to scour the full pipe wall, which is why it lasts longer against grease buildup and root intrusion.

Acoustic listening equipment and thermal imaging locate leaks from the surface — no exploratory demolition needed to search. We mark the exact spot before any repair digging or cutting.

Usually grease buildup, root intrusion, or a low spot (belly) in the line. A camera inspection tells us which — and only one of those needs more than a standard clearing to actually fix long-term.

Salt-based systems actually remove hardness minerals and are more effective for genuinely hard water; salt-free systems condition water to reduce scale without removing minerals. We recommend based on your on-site test results.

A softener removes hardness minerals (calcium, magnesium). Filtration removes sediment, chlorine, odor, and other contaminants. Many well-water homes benefit from both working together.

Recurring pinhole leaks, persistent low pressure across multiple fixtures, rust-colored water from more than one tap, or a home built before 1995 with original galvanized or polybutylene pipe are all signs worth a whole-home assessment.

A method that repairs or replaces a sewer line from the inside — lining the existing pipe or bursting it while pulling a new one through — using one or two small access points instead of trenching the full yard.
