Starting-at ranges

What jobs typically run

Every job gets its own flat-rate quote after a diagnostic or in-home assessment — these ranges are a starting reference, not a final price.

24/7 Emergency Plumbing
Burst pipes, major leaks, and after-hours emergencies — a real person answers, any hour.
Emergency dispatch is a flat fee disclosed on the phone before we roll a truck, and it's waived when you approve the repair. Coastline Priority members pay no after-hours premium.
Drain Cleaning
Clogs, slow drains, and hydro-jetting for kitchens, bathrooms, and main lines.
Standard drain clearing starts at a flat rate for single-fixture clogs; main-line and hydro-jetting work is quoted after a camera inspection confirms scope. You approve the number before we start.
Water Heaters
Tank and tankless service, repair, and replacement — sized right the first time.
Diagnostic is a flat fee, waived when you approve the repair. Standard 40–50 gallon tank replacements typically run $1,400–$2,600 installed; tankless conversions run higher due to gas line and venting work — always quoted before we start.
Repiping
Whole-home repiping for older coastal homes with galvanized or failing polybutylene pipe.
Whole-home repipes typically run $4,500–$12,000 depending on square footage, number of fixtures, and pipe material — always quoted after the assessment, before any work starts.
Leak Detection
Non-invasive location of hidden and slab leaks — before they become a bigger repair.
Leak detection is a flat fee that's credited toward the repair if you have us fix it the same visit.
Sewer Line
Camera inspection, repair, and trenchless options for main sewer lines.
Camera inspection is a flat fee. Spot repairs and trenchless lining are quoted after the inspection confirms scope — full excavation, when unavoidable, is priced separately and explained before you approve it.
Water Softeners
Hard-water treatment sized for West Volusia well water — not a generic spec sheet.
Whole-home softener systems typically run $1,800–$3,500 installed depending on capacity and whether iron filtration is needed alongside softening.
Water Filtration
Cleaner, safer water at every tap — sediment, chlorine, and contaminant filtration.
Whole-home sediment and carbon filtration typically runs $900–$2,200 installed. Under-sink reverse osmosis systems start around $650 installed.
Questions

Pricing FAQ

Yes, a flat diagnostic fee applies to most service calls — and it's waived when you approve the repair. We disclose the fee before we come out.

Yes. Once you approve a flat-rate quote, that's what you pay — no hourly surprises, no add-on fees discovered mid-job.

If we find something that changes the scope once we're inside a wall or under a slab, we stop and requote before doing any additional work. You always approve before we proceed.

For larger jobs — repiping, sewer line replacement, whole-home filtration — we provide a free in-home estimate. Diagnostic and emergency calls carry the flat service fee described above.

Members get priority scheduling during emergencies, an annual water-heater flush, and a discount on repairs — details and enrollment through your first service call or by contacting us directly.

For larger installs like repiping or whole-home filtration, ask about financing options when you get your quote.
